Pastoral Care is a ministry and service that was very dear to Jesus. He entrusted this care to his disciples: so as followers of Jesus, we are sent to alleviate human suffering and respond to every form of injustice whenever we encounter it.
We, baptized Christians, share in Christ's caring ministry. We extend His love, especially to those who are ill, through our solidarity through prayer and physical presence.

Celebrating the Eucharist is at the very heart of our Catholic faith, but many parishioners aren't able to join in the celebration due to illness or injury. In these cases, Pastoral Care Ministers bring the Eucharist to those unable to join us at Mass. Their physical presence and responsive support witness to our sacramental, devotional, and communal participation in the Church and our parish community - no matter the location.
If you or a loved one are temporarily or permanently home-bound or at a care facility and are unable to attend Mass, please email [email protected] to
arrange for a qualified and trained Pastoral Care Minister to bring Holy Communion to you.
