The St. Joseph Parish Pastoral Council exists at the behest of the Pastor to:

1. Provide advice and consultation to the Pastor in carrying out the mission of the Parish and in matters related to the Pastor’s responsibilities in the effective operation of the Parish
2. Foster communications between the Parish community and the Pastor and among different parts of the Parish community
3. Promote worship and service throughout the Parish and assist in long term planning for the parish.
